So I rejected this 7 a couple of months ago and now she takes every chance she gets to cut me down in front of others. (saying I have a small dick, saying I smell like shit, etc.) She's a loudmouth with a chip on her shoulder. I think it's kind of a revenge thing for embarrassing her when I wasn't interested earlier on. I've tried being silent, insulting her back, acting nice but either way I end up DLVing to everyone around. Any advice to get this girl off my back?

to be the alpha male you cant retaliate back in the sense of having a pissing match with her. What I would recommend is being seen by her with a pivot. I have a good friend who i have used in a similar situation. I didnt expect it to happen, it rather just... did. when the girl took advantage of the situation to cut me down (figurativelly speaking) my friend (being a good friend) just jumped in and tore her apart (once again figurativelly). An insult coming from me would be fuel to the fire and it would show her friends that I really am the jerk she says i am. But when my female friend snapped at her, it was kinda like me saying :I'm not going to sink to your level but i wont stop my friend from doing it. I've seen her several times since and she says nothing, i guess it worked

I would suggest having a pivot DHV you. Ideally, the best thing would play out like this:

You and Pivot in a set. McNasty walks up, starts dissing you. Pivot gets upset, tears into McNasty. McNasty will either back down (you win), or start dissing Pivot. You are unaffected the whole time. Pivot and McNasty are going at it. You go alpha and say something like, "Pivot, this is pointless... McNasty, I don't understand why you're doing this... You're not hurting my feelings. In case you haven't noticed, you're not bothering me. Our relationship is over. So instead of trying to scrape up some negative attention from us, why don't you just let things go?"

Say it in an even, calm tone. Be forceful enough to get the point across, but not enough to seem aggrivated by her. Show the others that you are alpha, and you're not threatened by McNasty- she's just begging for your (and their) attention.

Just say "cool dude" whenever she does it. It works best when you're talking to friends and she buts in and insults you.

You: Cool dude [Turn to her and while keeping the same facial expression that you already have before saying it. Also, just say it very neutral without any emotion]
You: so we were late getting to the meeting because of it.

And just continue your conversation. This is from Matador's "cool man" tactic for handling interrupts. It can be used if she insults you randomly too though. Make her try to get your attention and as she keeps doing it, just keep saying "cool dude" or "cool man" and if she keeps trying to get your attention, she'll look like an idiot.
