I am having no problem opening up sets, initiating kino and building attraction. My main sticking point right now is escalation. I've got one girl clearly in comfort but the farthest I've been able to escalate is hugs and sometimes a kiss on the cheek.

I am clearly getting IOI's from her since she tries to setup new dates and all her friends seem to know about me when I meet them. I have some kino like the hugs and touching of the arms etc but I've not been able to escalate to a kiss close.

How do I escalate in an environment like a quiet coffee shop or in another lower energy environment.

You're probably not going to get a k-close in a place like that. When you isolate the target, ISOLATE the target. You and her in a very private place.

Good places:
Park/lake
Club
Someone's (anyone's) apartment
Car
etc.

Basically, your problem is the isolation, not necessarily the close itself. She's going to have insane LMR if she feels like she's still "in public." Move her out first- it should go a lot more smoothly.
