Time and time again I've heard "treat your girlfriend/wife like a queen" or something along those lines. I've had girlfriends treat me very well and hang on to every word I was saying. I've treated girlfriends well (like "Queens") and average, but I see little correlation between how well you treat your girl and how well she treats you. Sure, if you treat your girl like dirt eventually she'll probably break up with you, and sure if you treat your girl well she won't hate you. But how do you get her to treat you like a King?

I've just been recently dumped by my girlfriend who I was in love with and who I treated like royalty. The thing is at one point she did too and then at one point I must have lost my integrity and she stopped treating me so well and eventually we got into arguments and we broke up.

So my question is (this especially goes for the guys who don't want to sleep with tons of women and just want the love and respect of one women): how do you get your girl to treat you like a king?

People have a massive misconception about what treating you girl like a queen means. It definitely doesn't mean kissing her ass 24/7.

If you want girls to treat you like a king, you have to treat yourself like a king first. And most importantly, carry yourself as a king.
And since we're gonna roll with this metaphor, a king's first priority is his kingdom, his queen comes second.

See this is the thing. Most guys don't understand their women should never be the #1 priority in their lives. Women themselves don't even that. Your kingdom can be a career, a business, a passion. Something you identify with. And that should always be your "higher purpose".

Simply put, your girl can never be the "most important person in your life". The best she can earn is "the most important person in your life, aside from yourself".
The moment you start putting her needs above your own is the moment she loses the respect she had for you.

Agreed with RC. Learn self-respect and know how to respect the person you're with. Treating someone like royalty doesn't necessarily mean doing nice things for them all the time, buying them things, yadee yada. I mean those things can be nice in moderation, but the most essential thing is respect. Listen to what the person is telling you, respecting their needs while still knowing and respecting yours. I just wanted to add, you cant make anyone do anything. Life doesnt work like that. You have no control over how someone else sees you, how they treat you or how they feel about you. The only thing you can control is how you spend your time and attention. Treat yourself like a king, and that means not wasting time with the people who don't give you a certain level of respect.

It seems shallow, but to truly melt an *attractive* (anyone can make an unattractive girl treat them like a king) girl into treating you like a king, you need to dominate hard and give orgasms in the bedroom. This will hook a girl for life. You can relax on this a bit later on in the relationship, but early on, set the fucking tone by going 100% authority.

I've given advice on how to *become* the shit and not just act like it. Numerous times.

My advice always comes with turning off the TV, focusing on fitness, literature and music while constantly evolving and accepting new challenges.

But, and this is a big one: Nature is just plain fucking nature. The better you look and the more fit you are, and the more dominant you are, the better chances you have with attractive women. Nature will always fucking win over political correctness and spirituality.

Dominance does matter early on, especially with the most beautiful women who get hit on every day. And if you have to fake it until you *are* it, then do it.

I never said that's not true. But my point is that people would be better off investing time into "becoming" rather than faking. Because you can only fake it for so long and when your shit crumbles like a house of cards, it only results in confusion and major setbacks.
