There are no levels of self-confidence. It's a FEELING, and as such it WILL ebb and flow, to what degree will determine how grounded you are within yourself. If you're experiencing "low self-confidence", its fair to say you're lacking in it, in that particular moment, whereas in other moments u'll experience what can be equated to as "high self-confidence" which is associated with one's perception of competency.
If you're competent because of how you feel about yourself, which isn't contingent on other people's recognition then that is a healthy form of self-confidence. If it is contingent on how others view you, and their approval (or disapproval) of you, then that is confidence based on an externally 'grounded' sense of self and sets you up for validation-seeking behaviors; an issue responsible for 99.99% of the problems guys experience on this board.
After i define their characters , i ask always what can you day about me? They say mostly you are very confident .
I mean being much than others sometimes could be problem.
For example, i speak for most of guys. There is a hb10 and everybody thinks that they can handle her. They do not know how to keep these chicks. Because she is hot and knows her value. Same situation for chicks, if a guy badass and being with many chicks, they think he is unfaithful and not a relationship material.
In contrast to european or american culture, the chicks in my country mostly %90 wanna find a relationship material guys for marriage.
I do not give them the vision about me that i am trustful. Because from outside, i am looking success with chicks about communications but flirting with everybody , who like the type fucks and leaves. They know what i am after, not for relationship just for fuck. So they communicating very well but avoiding to start a relation.
