a general theme here is your sense of self-worth and validation should not come from people. it should come from other things going on in your life.
my question is: why?

Because people and circumstances change constantly, you can't depend on any thing outside yourself to give meaning for your life.

It comes from within, it may sound strange; nonetheless it is vital to be your own source of motivation.

Anything else is just icing on the cake.

You have to take 90 days off the forum buddy. Go out every single day and approach 15 women within one hour for 90 days.

When your self worth comes from others you become a follower. Becoming what they want you to be. If you want to be a follower (which you already are) then let your validation come from others. Enjoy it. I was always taught, if you believe them when they say you're great, you'll believe them when they say you're bad. Ultimately, you have to know what you are.
