After talking to her ex boyfriend for an hour, I realize it is her, she is completely fucked up. Everything she did to me, she did to him. Literally everything. She even tried to get him back 5 months later, and sent him naked pictures.

Same thing as we told you.
Finding that out though might give you a temporary relief but the pain is not gone.
The only way you will find a proper relief is to stop talking about it and try to block it.
Like someone said earlier in 90 days the pain will be gone.
Every day you'll feel better. It will happen. Have some faith.
One day you will understand that this break up was a blessing.
