I got these 100 buck Marquee Dungarees, Raw Denim jeans, with monkeys on them! I think they are pretty cool, I have to see if it shrinks a lot though. I can't seem to tfind the company online, so its must not be a well known brand.

The EVISU jeans felt really nice, however they had button up flies. That's just an accident waiting to happen! Zippers are the way to go.

I tend to only wear khahkis. I would like to have several pairs of jeans, but I'm in no rush to buy them. So I can afford a few really nice ones if necessary. What are good recommendations for jeans that will attract a lot of attention.
I skipped the other replies...

One, Save the kahkis for the office. Wear pants, jeans, even coreroy's out. It just bothers me when i go out with friends or see that dude at a bar or a club and he looks like he stepped out of his office job.

I personally used to wear khakis out too, but stopped long ago. Nice jeans should be the staple type of pant you wear. I have recently been considering wearing "pants" other then jeans...i think express carries cool variations, i forget what they call them.

Thats my take, if you wana know what to wear, look around for what matches the rest of your style and if all else fails goto a mall and try things on, bring a chick to help you if possible. Also feel free to be straight with the sales people and tell them to cut the crap and really help u. Ive noticed when you put them on the spot for being on commission or such they tend to be more helpful and not like, 'it all looks good just buy it...'

I also used to wear cargos that were khakhi colored. But I do like courderoy, they have that interesting texture to them and are quite soft.
