As an example, if you're ordering something at Starbucks, do you need to throw one in during your opener or not? The way I see it is that there already is a time constraint because you're ordering something.
I tried using search to find a topic that I think might have covered this before, but either I'm terrible at searching or the search function is friggin terrible. Answers or point me to the thread I'm thinking of.
