So , I popped into a couple of old friends . I knew one thanks to the other soo safe to say i am much closer to one than the other but I know both . One of them saw me and asked me why I was sad . I told him I wasn't , this is my game face . The other guy buted in and said lol a gay face . When the friend I was closer to heard him he turned on a serious face and completely said no , he does not have a gay face . At the same time I was preparing myself to say the opposite and go along with the joke . That got me thinking which is better for game . Which is more attractive , what does every choice show exactly ? What does it come down do the joke or the image ?

Like humor and image are mutually exclusive... jesus. Why do women always say that being funny is sexy? Because humor conveys an image of a well rounded I'll use the term "alpha male". Simple science.

To get upset about a comment like this is pretty baby. You could either ignore it, which I would have done, or poke back; How long did it take you to think of that? or Oh so my face is gay? Well how do you know what a gay face looks like? etc... But honestly, I'm not going to sit and chat with 2 guys esp if one is acting a tool and says I have a gay face.

This is a tough subject to explain. Humor is more of a perception than actual reality. If you've ever seen the girl that laughs at every joke that her boyfriend makes but you can't figure out why it's funny, you'll realize she finds him funny as a result of finding him attractive.

When it comes to social dynamics, it's usually the same way. A newcomer to a group isn't really perceived as funny until he is accepted by the group. However, the most dominate member of the group normally gets laughs even from the lamest of jokes.

Perception of humor is a sign of submission and/or acceptance. If a girl finds you humorous in a one-on-one conversation, there is likely some attraction there. If she is laughing at every single crack you make in a group, there is definitely attraction.

BTW...there really shouldn't be humor vs. image. They are just attributes. Take advantage of both.

I wasn't thinking of poking back , I was thinking about playing along in a humerous way and saying that indeed I do have a gay face jokingly . Some other people wouldn't go there and mention it even if it was a joke ..
