Why would you purposely do stuff like this? You seem like a smart guy OP, you gotta be able to understand how destructive shit like this is to both your general approach towards women and the relationships you'll have with them.
In all honesty I treat my girls the same way I treat my guy friends. I fuck around with them, I tease them, I challenge them. Daily. It's not a proactive effort. I don't "schedule" the way I treat my friends. It's who I am.
There's only one difference, with women you also throw sexuality in there.
So technically I guess you could qualify that as "push-pull", but you have to understand it's done in blatantly obvious and playful ways. I will call her an absolute fat ass when she reaches for the 2nd chocolate bar, but I don't do it to fuck with her mind or emotions. I do it because it's fun. I do the same with my best friend when he eats yet another fast food meal.
Don't try to manipulate or trick your girls into being into you.
