So I met this girl at hot yoga, she is pretty average to below with a decent body. I could tell she was much more interested in me than I am in her. Fast forward we exchanged numbers and stuff but I honestly dont have any interest in her.

My thing is I want to keep her around without leading her on to see if she can possibly introduce me to her friends. Usually women cockblock and will never let that happen lol. What would you guys do in this situation? I haven't been around women socially for a while because of school so I feel she could help me get plugged in.

I can definitely say she is much more into me though than I am, I honestly have no motivation to pursue her but at the same time I could cut her off and it would just put me back in the same situation of having zero network with women around town.

She constantly tries to take the same yoga class as me since we exchanged numbers. Any advice on how I can use this an opportunity? I'd like to put her in the friend zone basically to potentially get with any of her cuter friends.

You can just tell her you are in the market for new friends and activity partners...and well, start doing friend shit.

My only suggestion to you would be to tell her where you stand. Just let her know that you think she's cool, tell her that you would love to be her friend even though girls usually don't know how to take this.

Something about how you're behavior is making her feel "led on" and while this is not your responsibility, if you're going to be her friend to benefit from her, you could let her know.

This is what I would do don't tell this girl a thing invite her over to hang out or go to her place. She will probably try to hook up with you or make out with you but withstand. Once you meet her friends show interest in them. If she has ugly friends maybe u can set up being fuck buddies
