I live in Abilene, TX, population 120,000. You live in Ventura, CA, population 108,000. Since February 2015, I've fucked 48 girls, and I'm sure the girls in Ventura are probably prettier, per capita, than here (we have plenty of tens, just saying you probably have more tens).
And LA being only an hour and a half away. . . Dude, you're in Candyland.
Get a wing if you want one, but I haven't had any luck with them. I've had more luck out of just keeping around plenty of great friends. The more you get into game, the more men you'll meet who have game (don't ask me why you meet these guys, it's just true).
