So i am just wondering guys, what would/did you do after a break up.

There are i think 2 things to do:(i do not mean move on, keep sarging, do not do stalking etc)

a_ erase and block her from everywhere and keep ignoring
b_no need to erase her everywhere, just ignore simply.

i did till now the option B, because why should i care?

which one would you prefer to do? Any ideas?

I think ignoring her posting a picture with a "guy friend" on facebook having fun is not so easy to ignore if you had a relationship for years with her so deleting her seems to me the best option.

Also i would really hit the gym and spend a lot of time on this forum reading about self improvement. Then after a couple of weeks go out again and talk to as many girls as possible. Most guys have backup girls just like most girls have backup guys so maybe hit them up to release some pain.

No contact is pure. But with deleting her everywhere or leave it was it used to?
