She said it's my turn next. Oh no... I admited to her that I don't cook but will give it a try. I am looking for an idea on what to cook.
My problem is that I can't cook a decent meal. The best I can do is use oven ready or microwave food. I live on my own, hence I never ventured proper cooking.
You thoughts and experiences will be very much appreciated. I need to win her over.

She's passionate about cooking. She's already fantasizing about cooking for you (assuming she's into you like you are into her).
If you are truly incompetent at cooking, then I would make that fun.
I don't know how far you are with her, but the first thing that pops to my mind is to make it kind of funny. Maybe get some nicer boxed food and act like it's a romantic gourmet meal. Like a candlelit dinner with some heat-ready dinner.
Put a couple of twinkies on some plates with forks. Desert!
Talk it up how you are pulling out all the stops for your cooking abilities. How you're going over the top for her with your cooking skills.
Make it a joke, she will laugh about it forever, she will tell all her friends: "Oh my God! And then he brought a twinkie on a plate with a fork for desert! It was so cute!"
This isn't as big of a thing as you think it is.
Since you're making fun of yourself, though, be sure to end it nicely with popcorn and a movie. Get a blanket ready for the couch and some cuddling.
EDIT: Just came to mind. . . Go to the cake isle and get some of those pre-made cake decorations, the flat ones that are in the shapes of flowers and whatnot. Put them on the plate around the twinkie, like it's the most gourmet twinkie ever served.
