So I txted girl .. She says there's cool coffe shops where she lives I told he we will have to go sometime. She says cool that be nice. I ask her if she's free this weekend. She says no she works all weekend im stuck what do I do next

Ask her when she'll be free and then arrange it from there. You can even tease her a little bit, for example if she says she'll be free tomorrow at 2:00pm tell her that's too early and if she can meet at 2:03pm instead.

Once you agree on a time and day then tell her you'll text her around then. Try not to drag on the texting conversation too long, leave her wanting more and excited to meet up.
