As much as Jack was a little too harsh on you (rich coming from me - I'm a dick on this forum) ...he's still right. Going after one girl and one girl only is fucking dreadful unless you're regularly sleeping with her and she has brought up the idea of a relationship, at which point you've agreed and you're exclusive based on agreement rather than presumption or neediness or whatever.
