Currently, my self esteem does not match my appearance; what I mean by this is that my confidence is low but females(don't matter the age, height, ethnicity, etc.) still eye fuck me like there's no tomorrow.

What things can I do to regain confidence in myself?

Currently got a new job and everything is new; just unsure about my future in general.
