Started working somewhere, there's a woman who was kinoing me heavily, scratching my lower back, etc. I thought maybe these things were IOIs, but noticed her doing these things to other men. Wondering if this was some sort of manipulation by her, or she just likes to touch people. It doesn't strike me as a common thing. What are your thoughts?

Could be a nervous tick / OCD of hers. Ask her.

I know sometimes when I'm out in public I have a compulsion to lick chewing gum stuck to poles. It means nothing.
