One time i bought my girl a cologne and a chocolates and hided under the blanket on the back seat and ive wrote it down on the piece of paper dont look under the blanket of the back seat so while we were driving she couldn't resist and looked, she said that was the best way that anyone ever gave her the gift. It is virtually unlimited what you can do given what is around you. I personally loved doing activities that I enjoyed doing already. Granted you can take some ideas I'm about to throw at you but I took girls to do the things I naturally liked doing so she could understand me better. It also kept things congruent with who I was. For example I didn't go skydiving, to art museums, or cycling. I would go mini-golf, storm chasing, to an amateur radio day, production plays, movies, play basketball, volleyball, shooting range, hiking, kayaking, laser tag, casino, small road trip, etc.
Spend time showing her things you like to do but only if you truly are interested in them.
