Picking up girls at the GYM

so you learnt how to pick up girls at a bar. a drink here, a drink for her, you spin her out of her chair and sit in it, next thing you know shes sitting on you and then you penetrate her. good job, m8, youre the life of the bar. you also learnt how to pick up a girl in college. get into her inner circle, get into her outer circle, peacock, be the life of the party, then have a party in her pants. you've graduated from pua university, kudos. you're pretty confident that you can pick up a girl pretty much anywhere you go. but let's be honest, my brothers. we have all been in situations at the gym where you're working out, pumping some iron, and a hot blonde wearing yoga pants with a scorching hot fit tightly toned body walks by and starts lifting weights next to you. youre hoping her toned breasts pop out of her very tight shirt as you watch that drop of sweat dripping between her lovely love bumps and you gulp. damn she's hot. but what do you say? do you stop working out, tap her on the shoulder and wait for her to take out her earbuds and give her an opener that would usually work in a bar? "hey, are you a beaver? because DAMN." no, lets be frank, this is a completely different ball game. this isnt a bar. shes doing her thing, and you, as a fellow body builder, have to respect that. but you really want to do her thing too. what do you do? how do you open her? do you ask her to spot you while you lift weights? do you tell her that you want her to lift your weight next and you've got a good 5lbs for her to lift? what do you do?

Personally, I've become quite confident in my ability to game anywhere, but the gym is a challenge. the girls are hot. and they know it. and the guys around you are all bigger than you. im not as buff and much shorter, so thats disheartening. what has worked for me is asking for workout advice. i ask her how she does whatever she's doing, she gives me advice, thanks i'll try that later, and leave. cool, she knows me now. next time she sees me, she says "hey". go from there. but thats a slow process. Well, forum? what would you do?

Slow prosess is better than no prosess.
I would go for the "can you spot me". If she is around the bench, go to the bench next to her and after a quick warm up ask if she can spot you. Now, you have broke the ice. Next time u see her, u say something like "ohh, so you are here to day ass well.. keep it up and give her a tombs up", then she replies something and then put your EarPods back on and go do your shit before she have a chance to end it before you! keep looking at her a little bit longer than "normal" when you make eye contact so she knows you are interested. Keep saying hi, and escalate every day slowly.. ;)

I also need some help. The girl always seems to wear her headphones and mostly does cardio... plus i only see her 1 time every 1-2 weeks.

Any ideas how to open? How to approach a girl on a treadmill or while she is doing squats?
