HB 8.5, hired gun: 10 minute set, she was blushing and laughing, which I think was genuine. We went into some comfort and talked about our families and what she wants to do long term. She was behind the desk, I feel like I should have gotten her out of there so I could do some kino. She dropped the bf line, and I said "that's okay, most of the girls I date have boy friends." It didn't seem to land.

HB 7.5 : found this one in a coffee shop, ended having 20 to 30 minutes conversation. She was nice and asked questions about myself. But her body language was terrible, she seemed stiff and kept looking outside the coffee shop. She seemed to relax as she got more into the conversation, but was still stiff. She also said she had a boy friend. Wasn't really too interested anyways and decided not to push it.

HB 7: Went up to her and just said "I thought you were cute." Immediate brush off saying "I'm all set."

HB 8: Went with situational opener into cold read. The cold read was wrong and I only got about 2 minutes into the conversation.

Still felt like except with the first one I am doing too much comfort and not enough attraction.

Don't address your other girls when speaking with a girl.

Stop thinking in PUA terms and start thinking of boy meets girl. Moreover, imagine that this girl you are speaking with is someone who you already know. They will most often feed off of this, and enjoy it. So will you.

I could be wrong but you seem to be trying to 'game' and not trying to just banter/flirt. Be outcome independent - spread your good vibes, be loose, be informal.
