Long story short, I got a number off of tinder like 2 days ago and the convo went great.
Me and the girl clicked, even talked on the phone same day (though to be honest my phone game could of used of a bit more work).

I texted here yesterday for a bit. She had to stop texting for sometime she says because of a huge workload and that we would talk later. Convo from yesterday.

Her:Hahaha. I didnt sleep well
Me:You need me there. I'm comfy. You'd pass out instantly :p
Her:I sleep worse w ppl. Ive got an insane workload for the next few hrs so im gonna be majorly unavailable. Talk late ok?

Would it seem desperate to text her and try to set up a coffee meet up today?

I'd advise you not to drag out the texting/phone phase of this too long (it's probably already too long). You'll run out of shit to talk about and when you finally do get her out you'll just sit there staring at each other...

Suggest a drink, coffee, quick meet up... Say you'll be in her neck of the woods on X day at Xtime-ish and find out if she's available for a drink.
