I am in college, and right now I don't have much time for "gaming", so I don't intend to walk around long distances searching for girls to talk to.

However, I have an idea.

By the entrance of my college there is a bench where people can sit down and wait for people to pick them up. I as thinking maybe it is a good place to practice "gaming", since 1) It is in close proximity, so I save time and energy but not having to travel around; and 2) It's a place where many people pass by, so I guess it'd be nice to have short, random dialogues with people while sitting down there.

What do you think of this? Has anyone ever tried this?

I also thought that maybe it has some kind of "plus" to pickup, since you're the one sitting down, the one in the more comfortable position, therefore this kind of (subtly?) shows that you are somewhat the dominant one in the conversation (unless I'm wrong). It also shows that you aren't interested in having to stand up, walk around, and talk to random girls. You're just sitting down there, expressing a little curiosity to people passing by.

It's good to pick a spot where girls are in abundance (in college). However, I don't think the place you mentioned is good place to pick. It can depend on a particular college though, but I think a more suitable place is some bench near a coffee shop/cafe, some particular lawn with benches (I had a specific one in my college) etc. Also sitting alone can make you look like a loner, so having at least one friend with you is a plus.

Btw what's wrong with moving around and talking to girls?

Lol this isn't really pushing any "social norms" ... at all. But at least you're getting out of the house. It's a start.

Everyone has time. Inbetween where you sleep and your chair there is time. Is amazing how guys would find time for a date with a hot girl but never find the time to approach girls. Most of the time they are just disguising approach anxiety with a "busy schedule"

Anyway. Dating apps - you can easily game from a chairs

Perhaps come back to pick up when you have time for it
