I wrote a post a while ago to a guy with a similar question.

Challenging reminds me of a scene I've seen in the Bill Cosby show years back, when they were tap dancing, and the
guy said, "CHALENGEEE"

Anyhow, when you start dancing and the girl responds, she basically said CHALLENGEEE to you.
When it comes to dancing, it's not so much what you say but HOW you say it.
When you say it, you also aren't too eager to hear a response. You are always kind of leaning away, almost getting
ready to leave. Not waiting there and dancing. Aloofness is always a part of the equation when dancing.
So dance with women. Engage in this kind of communication often, and don't be in a hurry to get her number
or "close" the deal. PLAY with them. Have fun with it. You'll get where you want automatically.
O and by the way, if you feel anxiety about approaching a girl, I invite you and anyone reading this to join my
test group in my description below where I'm testing something new, and would love your help.
Good luck!
