Hi guys,

I know it is not a very popular topic since it is related to Tinder, but I hope you can share some ideas with me.
How would you go around setting up a meet-up with a girl who has a rather "cold" approach?

She is from another city, a volleyball player (and obviously thinks well of herself).
I tried to set up a meet with her many times already, but there was always something from her end.

She was either away playing or has been sick. When last week she asked to postpone to Tuesday (yesterday) I said OK, but also asked for her phone to have better communication. No response. I wrote her a text on Monday asking how she was doing. She did reply late evening saying that she was now OK and even played her game. I replied Tuesday morning with something like "Glad you could play, hope you can tell me about it this evening. No reply until late evening with something like "About what? A game? You can see replays on the internet :)".

So obviously I am pissed off. Either she forgot about the meeting she suggested herself or is playing extremely hard to get.

Any ideas? Let it go (I do treat it as a challenge) or do you have some ideas how to resolve it, maybe had similar experiences?

If she is interested she wouldn't totally delude herself why you are talking to her. I would pursue other options

Whenever I get girls like this, I just send her this and move on my with my life:

My idea is to stop wasting your time with someone who isn't interested and move on.

She blatantly ignores your request for her number, and is conveniently sick whenever you're supposed to meet up.

Not every girl is going to be comfortable with straight up rejecting you. Read between the lines. This isn't a "challenge" its a waste of both your time and hers. Move on.
