| newbie needs help...

ok, i'm not much for useless bantar. so i'll give you details you should only need to know.
ok, the setting is wednesday night and i'm at a bar with a friend.
so this girl comes up and orders a drink, she makes a comment on what i'm drinking i say something back(my buddy leaves us in peace). we continue with some chit chat; work, life, travel, job, etc. i pause a few times in the conversation and she continuouslly, but not desperately, re-intiates the conversation, and there is some playful touch here and there.
there are other iois, but that's the basics and what not.
the problem is in the close.
she's definitely interested. so i finish off by saying, hey my buddy needs to leave and it's kinda early, lets go see a movie or grab a bite to eat down the street.
she declines and says "well, i have work tomorrow so i shoudn't stay out late".
i respond "alright, i'll see you later, maybe some other time", i walk away.
she says "wait, let me give you my number and let me have yours too."
i respond "i have no cell phone, i'm usually very busy, you can contact my home and leave a message."
she says "ok, but call me friday 6-8pm, i'll be off work ok?"
i respond "maybe, if i got time."
we exchange numbers, and she makes it a point to write her name on the napkin i got her number on cuz she says no one ever spells it right.
next she decides to give me a hug me and she rubs my back and sides quite a bit and i go in for a kiss, they say if you feel like you could kiss her, you should. she doesn't resist--but no tongue either.
i go back to my bud, telling him we should leave.
she continues to sit in the same spot i left her in. she gives me a look that she wants to talk more, i tell her "oh, so were leaving, so i'll see you later". she gives me another hug--same as before and i'm not sure of this last step, i gave her a kiss on the cheek, not sure if she was just avoiding another lip to lip.
so i go back to my bud who's paying are tab, then she leaves.
i don't give her a call friday night, instead i call her saturday 4pm and leave a message. "hey, thought we had a great time, we should get together. you have my number."
so, i also found her myspace page by simply googling her phone number(am i creepy?), but it's private so i can't do any further recon on her.
so, what are some next steps i should take into having a relationship with this girl.
she seemed shy, blushed at compliments, played a little koi and modest, she was high school head cheer leader, also did sports, close to older brother, recently moved to the area a few months ago, supposedly never gets hit on(i did not "hit" on her). was trying to become a lawyer but quit(she's smart). overall scale, she's maybe about an 8.
she also mentioned she'd be gone this week because of her job.
when's the next time i should call? or the next action i should take?
i was thinking next possible call should be "hey, this is my second call, i never call any person i meet more than twice. you can call me back, but until then i will not call you again, i don't waste my time on people who aren't willing to waste time on me."
end scene... haha.
it's a good rule to follow...
too harsh? my own line, i haven't tried it at all; girl usually calls back, or i'm not interested enough to call again to try and use the line.
so what's the deal? maybe i should initiate an online message to her myspace--or would it be creepy(how did u get my myspace, blah, blah, blah)?
i don't wanna blow it with this primo gal, what's the safest route?
-yea i got the onesies, so what, i pace myself, it's harder to play when you got no car, no job, and you live with your parents.
