So I know most pua materiel talk about being alpha and the center of a room and always providing value to their suroundings but can being in a state of sadness and need lead to atraction ? Congratulating a girl by huging her for encouraging me to get up , move on , work harder etc ...is a good move ? If so is it always a good move ?

Butwhen she is felt needed , for her qualitys and not her looks .. If indeed you're right how much negativity could I convey before I become perceived as a negative person ?

Today I approached 4 or 5 . I don't live in the us , there will come a time where I run out of aprochable girls since I don't have many girls to choose from . I need to start making progress with my aproaches and I am really lacking that atraction. Back to our subject :P , if I feel bad or awfull , how can I approach a girl without coming off as in need of help . If I ever did how can I undo it ?

Dude, women don't want to feel needed, lol. Men want to be "needed". Women want to "need". Even in the simplest of things, when she can't open a jar. She'll happily ask for assistance and you'll happily provide it. And that brings a level of satisfaction to you both.

Get your shit together OP. We all have our ups and downs, but if you're unhappy with your life picking up girls is the least of your problems, not to mention and uphill battle.
