As for jogging versus running, when you're interacting with girls, you don't have to think. You need to be in the moment. You adapt to her body language, eye cues and what she feels from moment to moment.
Again, low testosterone is bad for your game. Girls tend to touch you more if your testosterone is high. When your testosterone is low, from jogging or not working out as intensely as you could and eating high estrogen or estrogen triggering food, you tend to talk more which kills the attraction. Low testosterone also makes you act and feel effeminate which kills attraction. It also causes a lot of fear in approaching women. It would also be very difficult for you to get compliance from girls if your testosterone is low. This means that your odds for getting an instadate drastically drops lower when your testosterone is low. Girls can sense (subtly) when a man's testosterone is low.
If you have a serious medical condition or if you're obese, check with your doctor first before you run or sprint. 20 to 30 minutes of running and sprinting with several intervals of rest in between sets burn a lot more calories than one hour of jogging. This means that you save time and have more time left for sarging.
Also, before doing any high intensity exercise, you have to warm up first through light stretching, walking and some 20 jumping jacks or so.
