More important than any tactic is the VIBE you are carrying when you are interacting with women. Your demeanor is the key. What is the demeanor of a guy who is used to being around women? Answer that for yourself and for your own unique persona and you have your solution.

Thanks. I always look behind myself and think what did I wrong. I just don't know what I have to do in circumstances. When I'm acting little bit cool they think I'm an asshole. When I'm acting like kind person they just wanna be friends. I don't have standarts. I can't think the words that impact them. I don't choke but I think I'm talking very wrong. Also I have problem with the touching step. My hands are really sweaty usually. It's another problem of touching to someone.

No I haven't got serious girlfriend. I have 9-10 girls. I kissed before and I'm not virgin. But I haven't got any serious thing.

Next time you're speaking with a woman, trick yourself into actually believing that she's one of these girls you've kissed before or whatever. Behave around her in the same calm manner. Flirt with her in the same manner. Be socially calibrated. Be comfy with the girl. Form a warm bond with her.

You have two choices:

1) Continue not taking action and be content to see your dreams go away.

2) Face your ego square-on and take action. Make mistakes and fall on your face, but feel exhilarated hat you are in the game and taking action.

Your ego wants to protect you. It is telling your brain all these fears. That are unfounded as you'll see if you'd only take that step and engage women.
