I used to be very shy. Until I read a few books on how to open up I practiced opening. I practiced on waitresses, store clerks, old ladies. After practicing opening I would then start practicing other forms of conversation, such as observational openers, assumptions, negs. playful negs can get a nice laugh out of the girls. Just try not to be boring and say "Hi, I'm Joe Blow, whats your name?". Try something that catches them off guard. They open right up and you automatically have their attention. And try not to talk to them with wanting sex on your mind (although that's always the intention) because it makes you more shy and the girls pick up on that. After opening them up you might share some personal details about each other AKA building rapport then you have your foot in the door. I would suggest reading up on how to converse, practice conversing with girls without sex on your mind, it gets alot easier that way. Canned material is good to know but that's only when you hit a lull in your natural gaming. Now go open up some old ladies.
