So yeah every single time , I've been in this situation where i am huging the girl pretty tight and then I look into her eyes and ask her to kiss me .Girls have pulled every single time .I don't want to force anything but it's starting to seem like If I don't take the initiative I'll get nowhere by asking them .

Its better to ask for forgiveness that it is to ask for permission.

Don't ask, go for the close. And if they turn away, wait 10 minutes and try again. If they turn again wait 20 mins and try again and so forth. I've went for a kiss 4 times in the same hour before getting it one time. When you know what you want and know what you deserve you go for it, you don't ask permission to have it.

Look her in the eyes when you're holding her. Then bring your face slowly to hers . Stop just before your lips touch. If she doesn't move away, go the rest of the way. If she does, tell her some bullshit.

99% of the time if you're looking her in the eyes just from HOW she looks at you you can tell whether its on or not.

But besides, why would you "ask" her to kiss you? That's some utterly unnecessary pressure for no purpose at all.

If you wanna kiss her, kiss her. Or probe for her comfort level as the poster above suggested.
