Have you ever thought that you could simply ask what she was celebrating and try to connect to her with a normal conversation? The fact that you are trying to put on a show just to get her attention or to continue on with a "neutral" opener that didn't go over well in the first place will give you less success. Try to be normal.
Well atleast that was some analytical way of advising. I hope other members do the same.
N i still appreciate every one for contributing to this thread.

Your "suits" opener was terrible because it could be read as a criticism.
Have you ever thought that you could simply ask WHAT SHE WAS CELEBRATING and try to connect to her with a normal conversation?
This was my opener.
"ME: Really like ur theme in ur cover. Never seen this one before.
Were u celebrating some Michael Jackson or Lawyers day ??"
I think I did ask her wat she was celebrating.

First a criticism about wearing a suit and then you tell her she looks like Michael Jackson. How can you not see that as bad?
Looking like Michael Jackson is a critisim ?? I thot he was a celebrity. N i meant it in a positive way bcz of the suits they were wearing it gave a luk of Hip Hop dancers. I dun see it as critisim honestly but may b she interpreted it the same way as u did.
Well I think its gone the wrong way here too.
Wat I asked was not to analize this particular conversation. I gave it just as an example of a neutral opener. My question was whether I should be going for the COCKY FUNNY openers now ?? If so any good opener as an example ?? (Coz the ones I googled didnt really worked at all)
