Wait about few days, call her and ask her out to do something which can easily lead into sex, so forgot just "Meet for coffee", "Lets go into conference together" or something like that, best way to hook up is to ask her to come to your place for movie night or something like that or do something fun together, when you both can really have fun... if she is attracted to you, she will come or at least she will show interest to meet you some other time etc. As more as you just chit-chating with her as more possible it is to be friendzoned. Telephone, Texts, Facebook etc is just tool to make dates, nothing more.
If u call her and she`ll refuse to meet you or something like that, dont try to force her meet you or chase after her, just do your own things like always and wait her to contact you by herself, if she is interested and you are not chasing after her, she`ll contact you sooner or later and if not, you can just try about week or two later to make new date and then pull yourself back again, if she is still not interested, then just fuck it. Thats what i think and whats worked for me before.
And how to make her attracted to you, well i suggest you to read example David DeAngelo - Double Your Dating book, there are pretty good examples about what is attractive to women and whats not.
