What is the protocol on calling…? I know you shouldn't call without getting a response first, and the more you call the needier you come off. But what about calling to set up times to meet up, and other things of that nature?

Calling 2 or 3 days after meeting her is a safe bet. Make sure you have a specific plan set up though. If you met her on Saturday night - call her tuesday night and set something up for Friday.
