You don't want to "show" that you're not overthinking things, you want to genuinely not over think them. Stop worrying about what she's going to think. Thats what got you in the position in the first place. Stay true to yourself and do what feels "right" for you. Not what feels "seductive" or not "what you think is going to work". Do what you feel confident about inside.
Being that you're still overthinking. I would wait completely until you get it together. If you wait too long.. who cares? Its one girl. Let her go. But you're either going to figure this out now or later so why not do it now.
Just wait until YOU feel comfortable about responding. Until YOU don't have to think about what to say. Wait until something comes to you. NO matter how long it takes. She'll be there. And if not.. So what? You were ready to walk away in the beginning in the first place.
