I have been seeing this girl and I notice I am getting jealous and acting like A AFC! it's like all my confidence just went out the window. we had went to the grocery store and a guy complimented her telling her she look like a movie star.. I got so mad and jealous. How do I stop acting like this ? where has my confidence gone ?

Congrats. You just discovered you're a chode.

You don't necessarily have to stop. You just embrace it for the moment and mentally work on getting yourself through it.

In all actuality though, do you just not think your good enough to deal with a moviestar quality woman? I like to know I have a good catch. If no one stared at my girl I would begin to feel like I need to get a new one. Elevate your woman, you'll be the benefactor, and the higher you lift her the further out of reach she'll be from lesser men.

Did you get jealous of the guy for being so bold and aggressive... or jealous of the girl for receiving a compliment?

Guys tell me and my girlfriend how beautiful she is all the time. I just say "Thanks man. She's an awesome girl." and move the fuck on with my day lol don't take things so personally man. Most guys don't have balls enough to go for a girl if she's interested... Let alone steal a girl right from under your nose. I'm not saying it can't happen... But if you're more of a man than the other guy is, (you hold your frame better) she's still leaving with you.
