Are you cool with the idea that maybe nobody will like you, ever, and you could be stuck alone for the rest of your life? Then you aren't seeking approval. Just learn to be happy without anyone else having something to do with that... then you become a magnet.

Another thought: If you had a stack of gold bars and you were handing them out to people, would you be behaving in an approval-seeking supplicant fashion? Guess what, you already possess those gold bars, they're called YOU. You are immensely valuable just because you're you. Knowing this, how could you ever seek approval.
