Check out Zappos.com.

A brand definetly worth wearing are Cole Haans. Very comfortable and they have Nike air technology.

Also Steve Madden's are sweet. Im thinking about these.

GBX's are pretty tight as well.

Avoid square toed shoes, go with more round or pointed. If you are dressing nicer, wear shoes that coordinate with your pants and shirt. Dark pants dark shoes dark shirt. If you want to add some contrast wear red/green socks. It will look really cool. If you are wearing lighter clothes lighter shoes, like white or tan.

Alright, these are great! I bought em' a year ago and their the best pair of shoes I've bought. A tad expensive though.

They might be a tad hard to find (arent all Dunk premiums?), but they are well worth it.

If you search around online you can usually find designer shoes for really cheap money. They are usually leftovers from last year's collection but unless you are rolling with high society in NYC then I don't think anyone's going to notice... They WILL, however, notice the word "prada". I just picked up a pair of Dolce and Gabbana sneakers for $140 (which I guess is kind of a lot for sneakers, but not if you consider that they are usually $400+ if you buy them in a store).

Well if you are white, here is my advice on shoes (black people tend to wear different shoes ive noticed, i cant really speak for them)

Sketchers is a really good brand, most of my shoes are sketchers. their shoes are a mix of casual and dressy, which is perfect. they are also pretty affordable. Just go to Shoe Carnival. First of all, what kind of pants will you be wearing. thats just as important as what shirt you will be wearing. once you answer that i can give more advice.

when you go to the shoe store, have a girl go with you if u can. you should at least have someone go with you so the sales person doesnt tell u something looks good just to sell it

It just seems to me like a lot of black guys wear the flashy athletic basketball shoes. im not trying to be too general here... its just my observations.

Skechers has some nice shoes. I've got a couple of phat pairs from them.

Check out Aldo, they have some really cool shoes.

Thx medic for bringing back the topic at hand...im liking aldo's shoes pretty good price as well. There not real flashy tho, but on the other hand im starting to think just havin a nice pair of kicks does the job.

If ne1 has more ideas keep emm coming, links, pics, ur own pair, etc all will work for me not in a big rush to go out n get a pair so will see if we cant keep this an open topic. 8)

Remember, the average woman has been trained, since day one, that "shoes make the outfit." So, if she notices that you have taken the time to get a nice pair of shoes and to keep them well maintained, that will put a huge plus in your column. In my opinion, athletic shoes need to be left in the gym bag.

Another brand of shoes that I love is Sandro Moscoloni.

They're really nice. I know they're worth the money too, but I just don't wanna pay that much for a pair of shoes.
I know I should too, becase I have no problem dropping twice that much in one night out.
I have some prioritizing to do. Right now I'm browsing some stores looking for a fashionable par of shoes. I used to know a manager of a shoe store and got my stuff at a mad discount. Thats why I don't feel like paying the full price for a pair.
