I matched with a woman on tinder, and she messaged me first. This is our conversation:

Her: Evening, (my name). Let us take a moment to talk about pubes.
Me: Um okay. That's a unique opener. Is this a fake profile?
(next day she responds)
Her: Yes, this is very much a real profile. I've been busy, and i never have a chance to check this thing. Anyway, your response was disappointing. I was hoping you'd be a little more creative than that.
Me: So you want to talk about pubes when you just met me, and you want me to answer in a way you desire. Fascinating...

I just got a response from her that said "Ah, you've completely missed the point. It was to see whether or not you have a sense of humour. Fail!"

Sounds fucking wild man. I think it was time to escalate right as soon as she responded to your fake profile comment. I'd up the conversation or ask for the meet right there. Sounds like a wild girl, if you met in person you could find out how crazy she is

For the love of God, she was being cheeky. Used a funny opener probing for a compatible sense of humour.

I have no idea how you got "completely crazy" out of that and even less of an idea how this other guy thinks you should've immediately asked her for a meetup.

I move on to someone else who is compatible and gets my sense of humour.

A girl messaging you 1st is always a good sign as long as there is no link to her webcam site.

Sorry guys but this sounds like a fake profile to me...And no, they don't always give out a link with the first couple interactions.

I'm not saying that a REAL woman wouldn't do it, I just find it relatively unlikely, especially judging by the rather formal nature of the responses.

I once had a very similar interaction, on SPAM no less, that went like this. They genuinely replied, but ended up dropping a link. I'm very skeptical of these kinds of non specific approaches by women, especially on dating sites. They are sometimes monitored by "real" people to give real responses.

She rejected him because he didn't get her sense of humour. If she wanted his money, she would of neglected that part and continued to 'game' him.

Yeah, there are webcam girls (real girls that groom guys into their webcam sales funnel), there are spam bots (automated software that funnels them into a link), but there are also quirky girls looking to meet guys too...

In this case though, he messed up, it is black and white. It is probably for the best though since he isn't on the same wave length as her.
