Hello Sirs, I get The last days one oft The besteht experience while I does not fapped. A girl approached me in the train.Yesterday a girl was Sitzung down in The near of me without any reason. Now if you are a guy that was already good with women then i doesn't matter. Ultimately confidence will win. While I don't rap, I have the confidence to pick up a girl even if I fapped 100 times prior. This is just my mindset. But as a beginner, as a guy just starting out, it would be better to refrain until you get your confidence and social skill set in order

I think fapping is actually a positive thing, it will relax you and it prevents you from appearing desperate.

No effect on my game but I've been doing this several years and have a very high lay count.

Sometimes I prefer fapping to seeing a regular because the fapping is time efficient.

In the early days, not fapping was supposed to inspire running sets longer and opening more. I just found I got more honey and frustrated, adding more pressure didn't help at all.

Only issue with fapping too much is that you may last excessively long in bed with a chick, which is cool at first but gets annoying when you've been going for over an hour and your cardio is giving out. Til recently, the only exercise I had was sleeping with girls.

It's better to hit on the "Why" of why you are approaching the women to be inspired to hit on more women. It may be to talk to the woman or the reason may be more abstract, like trying to become the best version of yourself.
