How is this a shittest?

These are borderline insults. And I'm gonna bet you're getting them because you're trying to portray some (probably arrogant) attitude that is in no way shape or form congruent with who you are. A woman will see right through that and you have to be pretty obnoxious to have them go at you like that.

On the other hand they can be thrown out as playful teases, in which case it would be blatantly obvious and you wouldn't be here posting about it.

those could easily be shit test statements or they could be statements of authentic disinterest, you cant tell from this post.

The exact retort is hardly important, what you need to do is learn how to frame properly as a high status male. Learning witty case specific rejoinders is about as useless as memorizing pickup lines - worthless. Learn the higher level/ big picture skills and mindsets that will solve these street level, implementation issues

Reading OP's quotes, context is critical. You could say these lines in either a playful or aggressive tone. But if the tone is playful, I'd respond with: Me: "You're right. I only date sexy girls" (follow with a Z-snap) Me: "That's because my puppy stole those traits from me. Wait, you wanna date my puppy??? What's wrong with you!?"
