Should I have 1) escalated with her sexually, something like, "oh you're so bad, you need to be punished" or 2) continued to make her chase, something like, "hands off the merchandise, this shit ain't free" or 3) some mix of push-pull? My confusion was if I play along with her sexually, will she think that she has got me and become bored, or if I don't play along will I not being expressing my intent. Hopefully you guys understand the question, where I'm showing my intent and leading not chasing.

And what do you need to know? You are probably winner here so go for kiss after you will isolate her or you will be pretty sure, she don't mind to kiss you in front of friends. When you were telling her "you are naughty", you should do triangle - deep stare into eyes and lips, eyes lips... while beeing silent and moving your head closer to your head. If she will want a kiss, you will feel it, believe me. If not, just move your head to her ear and whisper something like: ...and I like it a lot...

or whatever

It's not as if you can't do all at the same time, which IMO is best thing to do here (and every time).

While you resist her advances, you make your own. While you stop her from pulling off your shirt say "hands off the merch" w/e you should try to isolate her and escalate.

#3 is just a combination of 1 & 2. The whole purpose of push-pull is to maintain interest.
