thanks,actually it worked i disconnected without even saying goodbye now she send me a text saying hey stranger how are you, but i don't really know if i should answer im getting tired besides she's only playing with me. so I won't answer her

You sparked some attraction by disconnecting. You can tell her honestly that you don't like to waste your time, but she seems interesting and you would like to grab a quick coffee (on her x free day) at y time in z place to get to know her better.

If you aren't busy why not? Some would say you are letting her set terms, or that it's a compliance test. To make sure it's not a test just ask yourself "does this logically make sense for me to do?" if it does it's fine.

If it doesn't then ask her the logical question. Like when a girl tells you to hand her something that's in her arms reach. I'm like "why would I hand that to you and you can reach it yourself?"

Set the date then read the coffee thing.
