The problem is probably in personality. Not that mine is horrible, but see my post about narcissism and need-to-control.

Yea but I built it myself. I started from nothing. It's something to be proud of. Nobody told me how to do it.
It's all me. I used to be a kitchen cook.... for about a week. Then when I got off my shift, I went home and read books about investing. And that's why I'm not a kitchen cook anymore. I write all my own leases, do all my own legal work, all my own taxes, handle my own evictions, all my own accounting, etc. etc. I even was able to fund my business through non-traditional lenders because the major banks wouldn't work with me at first. It didn't just happen.

Not to mention the fact that I used to be homeless.

No one said it just happened. And it's perfectly fine to be proud about your hard work and success.

Your problem is basing your entire identity on it. Without your empire, you'd be nothing. Because your empire is who you are.

And to be clear, I don't have the empire yet. This is all in the plans. I right now own an RV park. I will be buying mobile home parks over the next year, then apartment complexes, then hotels..... and will eventually own thousands of them.....

And I wouldn't attract gold diggers because I wouldn't give them anything anyway. Prenuptial every time.

But if I have a private jet and a yacht on Miami Beach.... that might make things easier..... and what if I bought this boat.... and built this house (seashell house).... and had a garage with an Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, and a stretch limo....

And what if I bought a hotel on Miami Beach and just lived there like a permanent vacation.... and maybe had a cool bar, a pool, and bikini contests..... I'm sure I would have no trouble then, right?

You should know this if you're business savvy. To make some money there is some risk right? At least with approaching women and anxiety, the worst that can happen is a girl can tell you fuck off which isn't even risky if you compare to losing money.

Get it done. Do what is required. Your personality will self correct along the way, the same way as your business decisions will give you experience for the next time you come across an issue. It's not that hard. At least with women, some girls are looking for someone to meet and you will get laid by accident just by trying every now and then.

I highly doubt you have as much money as you claim simply because of your perspective and attitude.

I go out all the time. I often go to 2-3 different places in a single day. When I go downtown, I often go to 8-10 different bars in a single night.
