I went out to a grocery store to run day game on both saturday and sunday last week and got 2 numbers. I sent both girls a text a couple hours after getting the number, but in retrospect they were lame texts.

Text #1: Hi NAME, this is NAME. Here's my number so you have it, enjoy the weekend.

Text #2: Hi NAME, this is NAME. Here's my number so you have it, I knew I shouldn't have bought those cookies, already ate half the box (referencing the prop I used to open her)

Neither responded 24-48 hours later. Also of note, I saw the first girl whose number I got on saturday again on sunday in the same place (she buys groceries for rich people). I think she may suspect I was there to wander around the store hitting on girls.

What can I do to salvage this situation now? My plan was to send a text tomorrow (tuesday) proposing a date on thursday night for drinks or at a cafe (rationale being asking for a first date on a weekend requires a bigger commitment from her).

In the future, I will work harder to set something up in person after I get the number or set the stage to call later instead of text. But this is the first time I've started to get numbers on a semi regular basis and I was so excited I just took the number and left without doing any more prep work on the girl.

You answered your own question man. Set that shit up when you're with her. The only function of a phone is to confirm logistics. You should set the day and time of your next meeting while you're still with her.

But also, your text game sucks. Think of something that will make her laugh, and she will answer.

You make valid points, my text game does suck right now. But is there anything I can do to salvage these 2 prospects or is it a lost cause?

I personally don't like to send 2 texts without receiving a reply to the first, but calling in this situation seems pretty awkward (especially without any advanced set up when I got the number and with both girls already ignoring my first text).

If you've made no additional contact after that first text you're welcome to try again. Why not?

But this is apart of the game when you're starting out. You'll get some, you'll lose some. Charge it to the game and continue. And I think you've made a similar thread about this already.

I said Call.

Pick up the phone and call them. It beats sending dry text without turn outs.

They're probably a lost cause man. Women don't forgive bad game. They're not sex charities. Play solid game and you'll get laid. Make mistakes and you won't.
Rather than thinking about how to get these women back, you should be critically analyzing what you did, and thinking about what you could have done better. We have already pointed out a few things
