I always get to the point on the dance floor in the club where I'm dancing closely with the HB8, we lock eye contact and I'm about to kiss close.
I can't find any signals she wants to kiss other than strong eye contact.
Secondly, I have no idea how to go about it and what to do after the kiss.
For these reasons, I let her go back to her friends like a p**** Eventually they leave.
This happened three times in the same night with three different girls.

I wanted to escalate further, build more attraction at least get their number.

My way of doing this might be viewed as pretty wussy, but it's what my gut tells me to do when i'm not sure if she wants to kiss or not.

If she's making strong eye-contact, go in for a kiss on the cheek, then when you pull back, look into her eyes again. If she's still holding that strong eye-contact then just go for it, it won't fail.

My way of doing it is this. Lock eye contact, then move in closer. When your lips almost touch but not quite hold it there for a while, wait for her reaction. Normally they kiss me at that point. If not, then go back to eye contact rinse and repeat

probably in more than 90%, it's ON, if the situation like yours. But you can take it slowly. And by slowly I mean a minute max. Just dance with her, turn her around and start talking slowly. Talk to her ear, maintain eye contact, if you've seen stealth attraction, you'll know what I'm talking about. You can kiss her on the cheek, bite her on the neck and kiss her(works like a charm), and then just slowly move your lips away from her cheek/neck towards her lips. Never failed.

Prologue to the kiss:

If she's grinding in front of you (if she's facing you, start with twirl), take her right hand with your left, then twirl her, putting her hand on your left shoulder/round your neck. If she goes with the shoulder, use right hand to pull her waist into you.

By this point if she's down with it; your faces are pretty close. Put other hand on her waist and kiss.

Bear in mind you have to keep a bit of a groove on (preferably in time with hers) whilst doing all this, you're still on the dance floor. Say after the kiss close, mix it up a bit, body contacts a biggy too. Top up the meter with a bit of groove, body contact and kissing.
Depart as you see fit.

Works for me.
