Hey guys, i was thinking recently about going to a pua bootcamp and i have a couple of questions related to this topic before i cough up the dough.
Now the company i'm thinking of going to is RSD because i feel it has the strongest online presence (and probably offline as well but not in my country afaik) but i have to say that their customer support is shit. I emailed them with questions related to how the bootcamp takes place and all i got was spam in my email. )
Has anyone here been to an rsd bootcamp? Can you describe the experience? What goes on there, how do you meet with them, how many days of going out do you get out of the 3 (i'm assuming 2 but just to be sure xD ), does it all take place at night or are there seminars as well? etc

Don't bother wasting your time & money. In reality, you can get everything without paying for if you have internet. If you invest that much in something, you'll only feel bad if you don't get returns. These bootcamps are already enough of an embarrassment to our gender!

However, I would NOT have the same attitude about music. Just because I can watch a Christopher Cross video online, does not mean that I won't be going to see him this July. Woo!

Well that doesn't sound too encouraging. I've been going out for like 3 years constantly every week and my results so far are... not what i'd consider satisfying. I'm thinking there has to be something i can do about it to increase my overall performance and have at least some for of proficiency or at least be able to replicate some results consistantly and get better at it as opposed to hoping i meet horny enough girls that will jump on me.
But if bootcamps are not the absolute best way of improving game are there other alternatives?

What have you done so far in the way of preparation/game education? There's a lot of good books on the market - Models, Band and Day Bang are a few that come to mind.

I could not read through 200 pages of waffle and stuff I already know, just to find a couple of pages that are inspiring. Books give advice that mightn't suit your character and may only make you more frustrated.

Again, a waste of your precious time and money in my opinion. In the time you spend reading the book you could have taken up an new hobby, or have gotten actual in field experience. If you already have a hobby that you love, then that should lead you places.

Take me for example, I was never seduced by a PUA. Instead I just take the odd look at the forums... probably more so out of boredom than necessity.

To each his own, but I wouldn't call it a waste of time and money if you're starting from square zero. You don't know what you don't know.

Actually I think the tactics in those books might be more applicable to guys who've a reasonable amount of success in the field already.

For someone starting from zero, I don't think it would be a good idea to become an expert, who yet has little in field experience. That nearly happened to me as a musician... I became quite good, before I'd any stage experience, and therefore didn't realise that I was biting off more than I could chew. How do you think Christopher Cross got to where he is?

yeah so about those bootcamps, any insights? are they worth it or not? and if not, are there any other alternatives to getting good at game?
i'm assuming they can be good but 2 nights of hitting the club with pros sounds like not a lot.
