Texting on a date is just wrong!!! Unless he or she states " I really need to take this call/text because of ......" and makes it a point to let you know it. If it keeps up definitely don't fall trapped into her actions- just make sure she can get an Uber and leave her wherever you are and you have no need to apologize or explain- if she asks simply say I felt like leaving.
