I took a long time friend out on a date. she claims she only likes me as a friend We had planned to go to the gun range and then the movies.. I pick her up she was happy as usually on the way to the gun range we talk a lot. we talked about past relationships and marriage and how we feel about love. the conversation begin to become sexual she ended up asking me how many girls I've slept with and what was my sexual fantasy and what type of porn I watch.. I told her I always wanted a threesome and I wont get married until I have one.. she then replied Your not having it with me..I laugh because she just admit that she was thinking of have sex with me.. but then we go into the gun range the guy was hitting on her and she said she would have gotten his number but didn't because I was there.. i ask her why if me and her are just friends and she said still out of respect to her friend.. We got in the car and started to head to the movies.. I told her I had to tell her something and before i gotten to say what, she said please don't tell me you have feelings for me all my guys friends tell me that and it's annoying.. I laugh and said no.. I was going ask for her help on my dance moves..and then pulled up to the movies and she started acting weird and told me she had to go home and fast, it was like she was scared.. so I took her home we hug and went are separate ways.. The next day she called and we went to the movies, were she mentioned again she wasn't having sex with anyone at the moment... she seem in a hurry after the movies too like someone was waiting on her.. I ask her did she have a boyfriend or anything she said no..after I left she texted me and was saying how much fun she had and wanted to go out more.. I didn't respond because she was hiding something.. What do you guys think ? was she into me ? was she hiding something ? if so what ?

If she is or isn't into you doesn't really matter because you are following her instructions. She's telling you that she only sees you as a friend, so you keep acting as a friend. She tells you not to say you have feelings for her because she'll get annoyed, and you avoid doing it. Right now you are just hanging out with her and wishing she would change her mind.

So what does it matter?

My point that I'm getting at is you want something to happen...make an attempt. If your attempt fails at least you're not going to waste anymore time on her.
