New to MPUA Forum

Hi, I have been on the PUA forums some years ago now and learned a lot. I was no PUA however when I was reading some of the content on here and trying it, I was doing significantly better with the ladies.

After having a girlfriend for a while and recently being single, I have forgotten a lot of stuff and haven't been picking up girls like I used to.... My confidence is at an all time low and I am so keen to improve and excited to get a better my game
